The Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) works to promote and protect the human rights of more than 65,000 Western Australian adults with decision-making disabilities.

This website provides information to help families, friends, carers, health professionals, legal practitioners, primary care givers and accommodation service providers, to meet the needs of adults with decision-making disabilities.

OPA has moved!

We are now located at the David Malcolm Justice Centre, 28 Barrack Street, Perth. Access in person is via Reception on Level 23.

The office’s phone and fax numbers, email and postal address will not change.
